Version 2026-09-30 · Effective September 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of MKH Memorization House ("MKH"). By creating an account or using MKH you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
An organization's admins and the platform owner may moderate content, remove members from an organization, restrict access to features, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put other members or the platform at risk. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to permanent removal. You may stop using MKH at any time and request that your account be closed. Where the law requires it, we will give you notice and an opportunity to respond unless doing so would create a legal or safety risk.
You keep ownership of the content you submit (messages, reports, recordings you choose to upload). You grant MKH the permission needed to store and display it inside the service so the features work. The MKH name, design, software and generated materials such as official test scripts and certificates remain the property of MKH. Qur'anic text is supplied from a verified third-party source and is not owned by MKH.
If you believe content on MKH infringes your copyright or other rights, write to khisaund2@gmail.com with a description of the work, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you hold the rights. We remove infringing content promptly once verified.
MKH is currently provided free of charge; there are no subscriptions and we do not collect payment details. If paid features are ever introduced, prices and terms will be shown before you agree to anything. MKH relies on third-party providers for hosting, database, voice rooms, email delivery and Qur'anic text. Their outages or changes can affect the service, and your use of them through MKH is subject to their own terms.
MKH is provided as it is and as available. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or reasons beyond our control (including network failures, strikes, government action or natural events). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we recommend you do not rely on MKH as your only record of your memorization progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MKH is provided without warranties of any kind, and MKH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data or lost progress arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be limited by law — including mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence, such as consumer protection law in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If any provision here conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.
You agree to be responsible for loss or claims caused by your own unlawful use of MKH, by content you post that breaks these terms, or by attempts to gain access you were not granted. This does not apply to anything caused by us, and applies only to the extent the law allows.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at khisaund2@gmail.com; most matters are resolved informally within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not take away your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, or to rely on the consumer law of your own country, where that right exists.
These terms may be updated; the version and effective date above will change, we will tell members about material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions: khisaund2@gmail.com.
